Ceiling filters collect all the tiny dust particles that may get into the paint. By using the correct ceiling filters the air in the spray booth is clean and can be distributed evenly throughout the cabin which is extremely important to ensure that the efficiency of the spray booth is at it’s maximum.
It is suggested that you change your ceiling filters every 1,000 working hours of your spray booth.
Pre filters mainly absorb the larger dust particles in the air to prevent the pollution and block of the ceiling filters. Timely replacement of the pre filters can prolong the life of the ceiling filters.
It is suggested you change your pre filters every 200 working hours of your spray booth.
Floor filters are able to absorb the paint particles completely and keep the discharged air clean hence making the air circulated in the spray booth dust free. Timely replacement of the floor filter can avoid paint particles blocking and also prevents the likely hood of a high pressure build up in the spray booth which could prove to be extremely volatile.
It is suggested you change your floor filters every 100 working hours of your spray booth.
