About Us

CMC International Group says its use of the best engineering practices and technology, developed through more that 45 years of research, has resulted in the world's first electric "green" spray booths. CMC says the quality and workmanship inherent in its booths have been recognised by some of the world's most respected sports car manufacturers, along with heavy commercial vehicle companies such as truck, train and aircraft manufacturers.

According to CMC, its spray booths with robotic arms, sprayers and hand sprayers are installed in the Ferrari and Lamborghini factories (more than a dozen spray booths and 20 preparation bays) while Pagani and Maserati have electric green booths.

CMC has various options available for fully down draft, end draft and side draft spray booths, as well as speed express preparation bays, such as:

(1) Electric booths with heating radiator

(2) Electric booths with heated walls (ECO Panels)

(3) Electric booths with infrared panels built into the walls and roof

(4) Hot water heating radiator system

Along with green spray booths, the company says it is the first in the world to have various specialised features, including a stainless steel finish on spray booths and speed express preparation bays, as well as EPA filtration systems with zero emissions into the atmosphere. Other innovations include spray booth cabins (side walls, roof, doors) all custom built and filled with fibreglass (non-combustible material as required by Australian and New Zealand standards), and a double recovering heating system. In addition, mechanical equipment can be installed on the roof of the cabin without the need for a steel structure, as the walls and roof can support additional weight.

According to CMC, the manufacturers of the Raptor spray baking oven have a strong commitment to design and manufacture the unit by combining technological innovations, environmental sustainability, and the reduction of consumption and cost. Innovative, competitive and efficient, the Raptor represents the evolution of a combined paint booth and dry system, ensuring adequate capacity in specific phases of operation.

The Raptor has many features, including:

(a) Infrared drying system built into the walls and roof, preventing dust that is kicked up by moving drying equipment from affecting the painted vehicle or parts

(b) Touchscreen control panel with web server

(c) Time and cost analysis per job

(d) Monthly or yearly analysis

(e) Filter usage detection
